Natalie: 12 months

At 12 months you:

• weigh 21lbs.
• are 28.5in tall
• wear sz. 3 diapers and 12-18 month clothes
• still have 4 teeth although I can see 2 more on top trying to break through
• say Ma Ma, DaDa, Nana, uh-oh, get, stop, (we tell Kirby, our dog, to get and stop I promise we aren't teaching her to talk to people this way), bubba, and thank you; you also motion to come on
• have started sleeping in your bed now that we are in the new house
• you decided on your own that you were done with formula so I thought that would be a good time to take the night time bottle away (this hurt me way more than it did her)
• love your brother and try so hard to help mommy take care of him when he is crying. You help out by giving him his paci and patting his back, you also love to bounce him in the swing.
• love music and books
• are such a happy girl

I can't believe you are already a year old. This year has flown by and we can't remember life without you. You definitely keep us on our toes but we wouldn't change it for the world. You are so full of life and love to go. Happy Birthday baby girl! We love you much!!!! Momma, Daddy, and Carter

Christmas Parade

Growing up I remember always looking forward to the Christmas Parade. Back in my day the parade was on a Saturday morning and included many floats. Now the parade is on a weeknight. Either way I couldn't wait to carry Natalie. This year it was just me and her, Carter stayed with Nana, but we did meet up with Kynlee Grace and Aunt B.
I was unsure how Natalie would do with all the sirens but she did just fine.

Carter: Baby Dedication

We had Carter's baby dedication today and we are so thankful for our family that was able to join us.

Carter: 1 month

At 1 month you:

• weigh 10lbs. 10oz. (your check up was at 6 weeks instead of 4)
• 20.5in. long
• a schedule is not in your dictionary at the moment but you are eating 3-4oz every 3-5 hours
• wake up 1-2 times at night depending on what your schedule is for that day
• have MAJOR tummy issues....we struggle with constipation big time and it breaks my heart to see you so uncomfortable
• love watching your sister (didn't I just do her 1 month post yesterday) I know you will be mobile following her everywhere before I turn around good.
• love to be cuddled, I think if I let you sleep on my chest you would sleep all night.

Natalie: 11 months

At 11 months you:

• weigh 21lbs.
• are 28in. tall
• wear size 3 diapers
• wear size 12-18 month clothes depending on brand for length
• still have 4 teeth but we are cutting 2 more
• can stand by yourself for a second until you realize what you are doing

• have fallen off the bed twice. The first time I was getting ready for work and you fell off my bed which is pretty high onto hardwood flooring. The second time you fell off the bed at Nana's house. She was changing your diaper and turned around to get a diaper and off you fell.
• welcomed your baby brother into the world on Oct. 24, 2014. You are the best big sister and you love him to pieces. Your favorite thing to do is give him kisses. We had pictures done with Mrs. Shauna and every time she would try to get one with you and Carter you were giving him kisses/licking him. :/

• have the best little personality. You are always smiling and happy go lucky unless you don't feel good.

I am so thankful to still have Maw Maw around to see my babies. Natalie adores her and I think the feeling is mutual. :)

Carter Daniel

Carter Daniel Morrison blessed the world with his presence and completed our family Friday October 24, 2014 at 7:40AM

He weighed in at 7lbs 8oz and was 20 inches long

He has a head full of dark brown hair and is absolutely perfect just like his big sister. 

Natalie is doing really well seeing her mommy and daddy holding another baby considering when we helped out in the nursery at church she pitched a fit when one of us would hold another baby. I think she thinks he is a baby doll because she will stare at him and then when he moves she jumps. She's a little rough but you got to remember she's only 10 months old ;)! 

Daniel and I are beyond blessed and are so thankful for 2 very healthy babies. We can't wait to get home and find our new normal. Life is going to be crazy but we couldn't be any more excited to embrace every single second with our sweet babies. 

Bennett Farms 2014

Today after church, we loaded up and headed to the Pumpkin Patch at Bennett Farms with Uncle Jake and Misty.

The goat was the only thing she would pet. She touched the rabbit but then hid her face and wouldn't touch it again for me to snap a picture.

This girl is becoming pretty attached to her Uncle Jake.

On the hay ride

Yes I am huge but we had to document the occasion. Life is about to change for all of us.

After picking out our pumpkins we headed back home to carve them.

Helping Misty clean out the guts. Ya'll she is not afraid to get her hands dirty. She loved it.

After the week we had it was nice to just get away and enjoy some time together. Now on to prepare for Carter's arrival which is quickly approaching. :)
